BIOGRAPHY

Renée has been making art with all kinds of mediums since childhood. Starting with crayons, pencils, paints, by the time she was done with high school she'd experimented with intaglio printmaking, photography, silverpoint and clay.  As an adult oil and acrylic painting have been the main focus, while pursuing her career in healthcare.

Today she enjoys painting what she sees around her, what is familiar and the images that seem to tell stories of everyday modern living. She focuses on composition and a continued attempt at mastering materials while maintaining a serious but whimsical approach.
